What is the tree species mature height?

You must be aware of what the trees size/ height and shape will be at full maturity. This will ensure that it fits the area and does not encroach on other trees or buildings.

What are its soil requirements, does it require wet or dry site?

Does it require a shady or sunny sight or a blend of both?

You must also be aware of the mature root system (top 6 -18”) and often out-to-branch drip line. This will ensure that the roots are not starved or cause cracks under paved areas, walkways and sidewalks.
